অনেক দরকারী একটা বই যেকোনো সরকারি চাকরির নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার জন্য এবং পরীক্ষা দিতে হলে সংবিধান পড়ে রাখতে হবে। এজন্য খুঁজলাম রকমারি তে পেয়েও গেলাম

সংবিধানের জন্য খুবি ভালো একটা বই। খুব ভালো ভাবে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া আছে।

কিছু পেজ ভাজ করা এবং একে অপরের সাথে যুক্ত ছিল। কেটে আলাদা করতে হয়েছে। বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের প্রতিটা কপি ভালো quality এর হবে বলে আশা করি।

এটি মূল সংবিধান। বাংলা ইংলিশ দুটাই থাকার কারণে এই বইটা থেকে সংবিধান সম্পর্কে জানা সহজ

পড়িনি, পড়ে দেখতে হবে, তারপর বলবো। তবে যতটুকু বুঝলাম অনেক ভালো বই। বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান সম্পর্কে জানতে হলে বইটি অবশ্যই পড়তে হবে। অবশ্যই পড়বেন,বইটা

রকমারিতে অর্ডার করা আমার প্রথম বই এটি। বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক হিসেবে প্রত্যেকের উচিত নিজের দেশের সংবিধান সম্পর্কে জানা। বিদ্যালয়ের শ্রদ্ধেয় এক শিক্ষকের কাছে জেনে দশম শ্রেণিতে থাকাকালে আমি 'গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান' বইটি অর্ডার করেছিলাম। প্রথম অর্ডার করা বই হাতে পেয়ে আমি আনন্দিত হয়েছিলাম ঠিকই তবে বইয়ের পৃষ্ঠা উল্টিয়ে দেখি কয়েকটি পৃষ্ঠা কাটা পড়ে গেছে। তারপরে আমি রকমারিকে জানালাম বিষয়টা। রকমারি পরবর্তীতে হ্যাপি রিটার্ন'স এর মাধ্যমে আমাকে একটা নতুন বই পাঠিয়েছে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ঐ বইটাতে কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা ছিলো না। ধন্যবাদ রকমারি। ❤️

বইটির পৃষ্ঠার মান তুলনামূলক ভালো নয়।

আপনি বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক।বাংলাদেশ আপনার মাতৃভূমি। দেশের সমাজ,সংস্কৃতি সবকিছুই আপনাকে ধারন করতে হয়।আপনিই বাংলাদেশের প্রতিচ্ছবি। গনপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের এই সংবিধানটি আপনার আর আমার দেশের অন্যতম প্রতীক। এটা সম্পর্কে জানা আমাদের একান্ত কর্তব্য । তাছাড়া বাংলাদেশের মানুষ হিসেবে বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনে,আপনার জ্ঞান বাড়াতে সহায়তা করবে এই সংবিধান। আর বিভিন্ন প্রতিযপ্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরিক্ষার জন্য তো এটা খুবই দরকারি। সরকারিভাবে প্রকাশিত এই সংবিধানটিই আসল।বাজারে বিভিন্ন রকম বই পাওয়া যায় যা মোটেই আপনার প্রত্যাশা মিটাবে না। তাই আজই সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন এই বইটি।কারন এর স্টকও বেশি দিন পাবেন না। ধন্যবাদ।

All over the world there are two types of supremacy found, one is constitutional supremacy and another is parliamentary supremacy. The basic difference between the two is that where there is constitutional supremacy, the Constitution is the supreme over all other laws of the country and it limits and defines the power of the parliament. But where there is parliamentary supremacy, the Parliament is supreme over the Constitution and the Constitution cannot limit the powers and functions of the parliament, hence parliament can enact whatever laws it thinks fit and proper. However, in our country constitutional supremacy exists, hence Constitution is supreme over all other laws for the time being in force, all the laws derives their legality from the Constitution and if any law is inconsistent with any provision of this Constitution, shall be void to the extent of such inconsistencies. Such a Constitution enumerated 18 fundamental rights in chapter three and gives guarantee to them under Article 44 and 102 of the same. All the citizen of this country should aware of those rights, so that they can take steps in case of any violation of any of those rights. For that in is necessary for us to collect, read and understand the Constitution. For that purpose this book of Constitution, the most authentic book, on the topic, has been published by the Law Ministry of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
