The book is written by Advocate Masuduzzaman (Mirza Masud) and published by Niaz Law Book Suply on January 2012 for the first time. This book is helpful for the readers in various aspect, such as- from the title of the book it is clear that the primary concentration of the book is towards those who are going to appear at the viva-voce in the way of Enrollment as an Advocate under the Bangladesh Bar Council. This book will also be helpful to those who are appearing at the viva-voce of Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission Exam. for the post of Assistant Judge, because the book does not restrain itself within the arena of subjects essentials for the prior exam (i.e. Advocate ship exam.), rather it extends and contains also the topics essential for the later exam. (i.e. BJSC exam.). This is a clear-cut difference between this book and the others available in the market. Another difference is that the book emphasized on giving update information about the laws mentioned in the book, this is the reason writer of this book preferred naming the book ‘Up-to-date’. At the end, I must say that writer of the book enumerated almost all the law points which are necessary and essential in the daily proceedings of a lawyer, that’s why this book may be helpful for the senior and new coming lawyers as well in understanding various law better than before.
